The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA or Administration) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide and deliver 28,000 lbs of GLASS BEADS, TYPE 3/TT B-1325C and 12,000 lbs of GLASS BEADS, TYPE 1/TT B-1325D for the BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport on an as needed basis. No minimum or maximum orders are guaranteed. Approved equals are not permitted with this solicitation.
The Contractor must have be able to deliver product within two (2) weeks upon request of order. The Contractor must be an authorized seller of Glass Beads, Type 3/TT B-1325C and Glass Beads, Type 1/TT B-1325D.

All items are to be quoted F.O.B. destination and include all shipping, handling and administrative charges.
**Submission method:** One Original Bid Submission shall be received by the issuing office via eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). In order to receive a contract award, a vendor must be registered on eMMA. Registration is free.
**Bid due:** November 12, 2026 at 2pm. The Maryland Department of Transportation, Maryland Aviation Administration will hold a public bid opening on November 12, 2026 at 2:30 pm. This meeting will occur via Microsoft Teams.
This procurement is being conducted as a competitive sealed bid. The award will be to the lowest responsive bid from a responsible bidder in whole or in part at the States discretion. Bids are irrevocable for 120 days. All bids must be in US Dollars.
This procurement has been designated for a small business preference under COMAR 21.11.01.05.
The term of this contract shall be three (3) years from notice to proceed (NTP) and not to exceed (NTE) **$450,000.00** over the life of the contract whichever comes first.
