RFP 2885-21 State Lobbying Services

The City of Branson is seeking the services of a professional qualified firm or individual capable of providing Professional State Lobbyist Services. Definition: "Professional State Lobbyist Services" The professional services will include, but not be limited to: Representing the best interests of the City of Branson as determined by the Board of Aldermen in regards to legislative issues that come before the Missouri Legislature and working, as directed by the Board of Aldermen, to effect passage or defeat of legislation that influences those interests.

Proposals must be electronically received using the City's designated bidding platform, Euna OpenBids, prior to the SPECIFIED DUE DATE.

MAILED/HAND-DELIVERED/FAXED/EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided and must be manually signed by the individual authorized to legally bind the company. Proposals received after the opening date and time will be rejected.

Proposals will be publicly read aloud via teleconference. All proposers or their representatives are invited to attend the opening of the RFP.

Any proposal not withdrawn shall, upon opening, constitute an irrevocable offer for a minimum period of 90 days.

General Liability Insurance: limits of liability not less than **$1,000,000.00** per occurrence and **$2,000,000.00** aggregate. Automobile Liability Insurance: not less than **$1,000,000.00** per occurrence. Workers' Compensation Insurance: limits not less than **$1,000,000.00**. The City of Branson must be named as an additional insured.
