RFB 2903-02 Lift Station 17 Force Main And Blue Meadows Road Improvements

Sealed electronic bids will be received by the City of Branson using the City's designated electronic bidding platform, Euna OpenBids, until 1:30 p.m., local time December 7, 2026, for Lift Station 17 Force Main and Blue Meadows Road Improvements in Branson, Missouri and then publicly opened and read aloud via teleconference.

The work to be performed under the provisions of this contract consists of the complete construction as follows: Furnish labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Lift Station 17 Force Main and Blue Meadows Road Improvements.

**Submission:** Sealed electronic bids will be received using the City's designated electronic bidding platform, Euna OpenBids. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and must be manually signed by the individual authorized to legally bind the company. Bids received after the opening date and time will be rejected.

MAILED/HAND-DELIVERED/FAXED/EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All bidders or their representatives are invited to attend the opening of the RFB.

**Bonds:** Each bidder shall submit with this bid a cashier's check, certified check or bidder's bond for 5 percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid made payable to the City of Branson, Missouri. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price.

**Award:** Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, on the total base Bid.

Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Division of Labor Standards of Missouri.

Bidder agrees to fully complete the project within 240 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages are $3,500.00 for each calendar day thereafter.

No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of 90 days after the date fixed for opening Bids.
