Sealed bids for the Woods Chapel Park Lift Station (hereinafter "Project") will be received by the City of Blue Springs, 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015, until 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
THE OWNER INTENDS TO AWARD THE CONTRACT TO THE MOST RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE BIDDER SUBMITTING THE LOWEST BID.
The scope of work includes the construction and installation of 95 feet of 6-inch diameter ductile iron sanitary sewer class 52 force main, 30 feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron class 52 sanitary sewer force main, 28 feet of 12-inch diameter SDR 21 class 200 PVC pipe, 10 foot diameter wet well and lid, precast valve vault, 48-inch diameter doghouse manhole, lift station electrical work, service connections, valves, fittings, hardware, and other incidental items and work described in the project manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom.
The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 1, 2026 at City Hall.
Bid packages will be available after 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. To ensure that you receive all addenda, request bid documents by email from Nick Weber at nweber@cochraneng.com.
