091168 Track and Field Lighting Upgrade

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091168 titled Track and Field Lighting Upgrade until **2:00 p.m. local time on December 1, 2026** the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by **August 15, 2027**.

Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the *Information for Bidders*. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of **$49.00** for printed copies or **$20.00** for electronic copies, made payable to Erdman Anthony & Associates, is required. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

A project walk through will be held on November 13, 2026 at 10:00 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.
