Information for Bidders, Construction Contract, General Conditions, and Technical Specifications for Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units (OTxHU) Main Construction at NYC Health + Hospitals | NCB, 3424 Kossuth Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467.

**Project ID No.:** 24202204. **Contract No.:** 16-2027-011. Construction (includes all trades).

The individual project sets were produced independently but shall be bid together as one complete bid. These individual sets are denoted by "Part A" "Part B" & "Part C" delineated at the beginning of each set. The combined project sets represent one collective project using the name of project set "NCB OTxHU Construction Package".

Contractors shall:

• (a) coordinate the work among the different sets and notify the architect of any conflicts or discrepancies discovered,
• (b) address any discrepancies discovered during the coordination drawings process, and
• (c) submit payment requisitions in a format that is divided among the Three scopes of work utilizing the bid breakdown provided within this package to allow tracking and approvals based on the scope of work and overall project coordination.

- Limit work in the existing building to normal business working hours of **7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday**, and if required to meet schedule, a second shift of **4:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday**.

- Deliveries must be scheduled **72 hours in advance** for coordination of loading dock and elevator access.

- No on-site parking is available for any Contractor personnel.

- Contractor shall coordinate with Owner/Owner's Representative to obtain ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) Permits prior to the work.

- This Agreement shall be administered by NYC H+H or a Construction Manager [...]. All Contractors (including subcontractors) performing Program Work shall be **required** to sign a "Letter of Assent" in the form annexed hereto as *Exhibit "A"*.
