43 Central Ave Bid for Build Out of Three New Apartments

This is a bid seeking contractors for build out of three upper story apartments including: HVAC, electrical service, plumbing hook-ups and fixtures, kitchen build outs, bathroom build outs, insulation and soundproofing, drywall, doors, painting, and post construction lead testing and radon testing.

We are pleased to inform you that you have been asked to submit an estimate for the improvements for the property located at 43 Central Avenue, Lancaster, New York.

• Connect HVAC from apartment units to roof top units
• New electrical service for 11 units
• Rough electrical service for 3 apartments, lights, outlets, fixtures, kitchen wiring for each of the 3 units
• Electrical hookups in each unit for laundry & mechanical rooms
• Fire, smoke and CO
• Plumbing hook ups and fixtures
• New kitchens cabinets & counters & sinks, faucets, fixtures, & hardware
• 3 baths- vanities, fixtures, hardware, counters, sinks, toilets, tub surround or tile for units 1 & 2, tiled shower for unit 3 inc glass doors
• Bathroom & laundry room vinyl flooring
• Insulation & soundproofing
• Drywall including drop ceiling in front and middle units
• Entry doors to units & handles w electronic locksets
• Trim, interior doors, handles, and locksets
• Misc final framing before drywall (remove one closet and expand bathroom in unit #1)
• Paint the entire interior walls and trim
• Post construction lead testing
• Post construction radon testing

In submitting this estimate, I am aware that payment for this work will be provided in whole or part with funds allocated to the Village of Lancaster under the New York Forward initiative, which is sponsored by the NYS Office of Community Renewal (OCR).
