30-270056-ITD Dynatrace software subscription renewals

The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain pricing for and procure renewals of Dynatrace Brand Managed Term Licenses previously purchased for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Information Technology Division. Goods and Services will be provided in accordance to the terms and conditions of this Solicitation.

This request is for the renewal of subscriptions and support of Dynatrace software for the NC DHHS NC FAST program for the period 4/1/2027-3/31/2028 (with two possible optional renewal years). These licenses include Dynatrace Managed Host units (425 UOM per host unit), Dynatrace Managed DEM Units (10 UOM per million units), Dynatrace Managed Davis Data Units (5 UOM per million units) and Dynatrace ONE Premium (1 year).

Furnish and Deliver (Year 1)

• Item 1: 425 Host units, Dynatrace Managed - Host Units – term - Renewal, Part #: DYN MANAGED-TR
• Item 2: 10 Per million units, Dynatrace Managed - DEM Units – term – Renewal, Part #: DTMGDDEMMILUNITS-TR
• Item 3: 5 Per million units, Dynatrace Managed - Davis Data Units – term – Renewal, Part #: DTMGDDDU-TR
• Item 4: 1 Year, Dynatrace Enterprise Success & Support – Renewal, Part #: DTESS-MR

OPTIONAL COSTS: MAY OR MAY NOT BE PURCHASED for Year 2 and Year 3.

Delivery

Successful Vendor will complete supply of the scope of work within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order either electronically or to the following location(s): Renuka.bommagani@dhhs.nc.gov

Submission

Submit one (1) signed, original electronic offer via the Ariba Sourcing Module. The Vendor to include the Execution Page 1 WITH the remaining pages of the solicitation in one PDF. The Execution Page 1 must be signed and dated by an official authorized to bind the Vendor's firm. Failure to return a signed offer shall result in disqualification.

If the offer contains any confidential information, the Vendor must provide one (1) redacted electronic copy in addition to the original copy.

Award

It is the general intent to award this contract to one (1) Vendor. As provided by statute, award will be based on Best Value Analysis, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Method in accordance with 09 NCAC 06B. 0302 Information Technology Procurement.

Reseller

If yes, provide the authorized reseller letter with the bid response. Failure to provide the authorized reseller letter with the bid response may result in rejection of the bid, at the discretion of the State.

Contract Term

A contract awarded pursuant to this IFB shall have an effective date beginning April 1, 2027 and ending March 31, 2028, as provided in the Notice of Award. The State retains the option to extend this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at its sole discretion.

Offer valid for sixty (60) days from date of offer opening unless otherwise stated.
