Sewer and related works

• Mechanical street sweeping at an allowance price of $42,500.00
• Excavation for sewer pipes, including sheeting and shoring, and exploratory excavation
• RCP SW conduit, VCP sanitary sewer encased in concrete, and separate sewer systems of 10 inch VCP sewer with RCP SW conduit
• Sanitary and stormwater lateral connections, vent connections and inlet connections
• Sewer and SW manholes, transition manholes, junction manholes and summit manholes
• Open mouth grate inlets and City inlets with concrete apron
• Concrete curb, footway paving, driveway paving, brick paving, milling, subbase, base courses, and Superpave binder and wearing courses
• Maintenance and protection of traffic during sewer work
• Construction and as-builts of 6" thick ADA ramps, and custom signage

Water and related works

• Mechanical street sweeping at an allowance price of $38,500.00
• Excavation for water pipes
• DI pipe from 3 inch to 30 inch, ductile iron fittings, 30" mechanical couplings, gate valves and 30 inch butterfly valves
• Fire hydrants with center compression locks and removals of fire hydrants at the fixed price of $345.00
• Water service connections, copper service pipe and supply pipe, and water supply connection from curb stop to meter at a fixed price of $1,850.00
• Water pitcher filter at a fixed price of $200.00
• Paving and surfacing restoration, maintenance and protection of traffic during water work, ADA ramps and custom signage
• Electrolysis Corrosion Control
• Project schedule and notification letters at a fixed price of $10,000.00

Quotes are to be submitted before ten thirty a.m. EST on **WWW.PHLCONTRACTS.PHILA.GOV**. An opening of Quotes received will be held through Zoom, at ten thirty a.m., prevailing time on, Tuesday, November 10, 2026.

**Required:** No quote will be accepted unless the pre-qualification questionnaire, with all questions fully answered, is submitted within the prequalification solicitation on WWW.PHLCONTRACTS.PHILA.GOV, on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026.

All sellers must utilize the *Bid Bond* form when submitting a bid to the city. The bond is in the sum of **TEN PERCENT (10%) of the GROSS AMOUNT OF THE BID**.

The *Local Business Entity ("LBE") Determination Form* is required to be uploaded to PHLContracts by the Seller along with all required supporting documentation in order to be eligible for any LBE preference available. For quotes of One Million Dollars or less, the preference is ten percent (10%); for all other quotes the preference is five percent (5%).

The bid with the highest estimate will open at 10:30 AM, with the successive bid(s) opening at approximately five (5) minute intervals.
