FY-2024-2025 CDBG Sidewalks

Separate sealed bids for construction of the above referenced project will be received by the Owner at their office, on December 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM, local time at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor, Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work includes sidewalk improvements throughout the City of North Charleston.

Construction includes the following Construction of the FY 2024-2025 CDBG funded sidewalks project includes the following sidewalks as part of the base bid or add-alternate as noted:

• Base bid: Approximately 892 LF of new sidewalk located on Walker Street (S-689)
• Base bid: Approximately 721 LF of new sidewalk located on Woodbine Avenue (S-365)
• Base bid: Approximately 385 LF of new sidewalk and 364 LF of new storm drainage located on East Constellation Drive
• Base bid: Approximately 1,600 LF of new sidewalk located on Bream Road
• Base bid: Approximately 840 LF of new sidewalk located and 8 LF of new stormdrainage on Helm Avenue (S-60)
• Add-alternate: Approximately 1,005 LF of new sidewalk and 1,000 LF of new storm drainage located on Orvin Street (S-1419)
