Submission
Submit proposal response electronically through the portal with all required information. All proposals must be received by Tarleton State University in a sealed envelope or box prior to the date specified in the Schedule of Events with the bid number clearly marked on the outside. Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. Telephone and/or facsimile (Fax) proposals are not acceptable under any circumstances.
Selection
Tarleton will base its choice on demonstrated competence, knowledge, and qualifications and on the reasonableness of the proposed fee for the services; and if other considerations are equal, give preference to a vendor whose principal place of business is in the state of Texas or who will manage the contract wholly from an office in the state of Texas.
RESPONDENT may be requested to provide an on-site presentation.
Contract term
The intent of this Agreement is to have services provided to Tarleton State University for a period of five (5) years.
Submission of an HSP is not required as part of the initial response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
Proposals are to be valid for a minimum of ninety, (90) days from the submittal deadline date to allow time for evaluation, selection and any unforeseen delays.
