RFI - 10272026AB - HOSPICE SERVICES FOR PATIENTS OF HARRIS HEALTH

Harris Health is seeking information regarding hospice organizations and their capabilities to provide inpatient hospice services for terminally ill Harris Health patients at Ben Taub and Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital who face medical, social, or financial barriers to traditional community discharge.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). [...] At this time, Harris Health is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.

Harris Health is requesting information from respondents regarding their established business models, operational practices, and capabilities. The insights gathered from your responses will help Harris Health evaluate and determine the most effective strategy for addressing the business objectives and needs outlined in Section 3.

Interested vendors shall provide high-level overview information addressing their capabilities, approaches, and experience within each of the following categories:

Vendor's response to this RFI is to be submitted in **Euna**. The response should include company name and address, name, title, email and phone number of the person to be contacted for clarification and additional information.

PRICING INFORMATION SHALL BE OMITTED with the exception of Pricing Model information. [...] Harris Health will not be liable for any costs incurred by the vendor in preparing a response to this RFI. Vendors submit information at their own risk and expense.

Harris Health may elect to contact the vendors for more information or to request clarifications. Vendors may not contact any Harris Health personnel during the RFI process without the express permission from the Sourcing Manager.
