Bidder must possess a valid and active Health Permit to Operate for a Septic Tank/Chemical Toilet Cleaning Business, issued by the Merced County Division of Environmental Health, and provide proof of such, as required in Required Attachment Checklist, Attachment 1.
Insurance
The bidder, who receives the Agreement award, must provide a Certificate of Insurance providing proof of insurance to the Business Service Office (BSO) within ten (10) working days from the date of notification of award.
