To be eligible for award of this contract, Prime contractor must possess the following licensing classification: A
All electrical work that falls within the classification of a C-10 License shall be performed by a prime contractor or a subcontractor with a valid C-10 License.
**Bids** will be received in electronic format (eBids) **EXCLUSIVELY** at the City of San Diego’s electronic bidding (eBidding) site, at: http://www.sandiego.gov/cip/bidopps/ and are due by **DECEMBER 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM**.
Prime Contractors must sign and submit a Confidentiality Certification (Attachment J) prior to being granted access to the Confidential Information.
