Baggage Handling System (BHS) Components and Replacement Parts

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Authority), an independent special district, issues this Invitation to Bid for Baggage Handling System (BHS) Components and Replacement Parts(Solicitation) at Tampa International Airport (Airport).

The Authority is seeking Bids from qualified Respondents to provide (BHS) components and replacement parts.

The Awarded Respondent(s) will meet the specifications detailed below in accordance with Attachment A, Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.

This Solicitation is for the purchase of Goods. The quantity and type of Goods are outlined in Section 12, Bid Pricing Form.

Unless otherwise specified when placing an order, the maximum allowable delivery lead time is fourteen (14) calendar days after Awarded Respondent's receipt of the Purchase Order or payment made with Purchasing Card (PCard). If a manufacturer backorder, allocation, or other documented supply-chain event prevents compliance, Awarded Respondents shall notify the Authority promptly and propose a revised delivery date. The revised delivery date will be effective only when approved in writing by the Authority.

Authority will place orders for Goods on an as-needed basis, with no minimum or maximum order size or dollar limit. [...] Orders may be placed using a Purchase Order or (PCard), as determined by the Authority.

Unless otherwise specified by Authority at the time of order, all Goods will be shipped to the Authority Central Warehouse during the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, excluding Authority holidays, at the following address:

All shipments must include a packing list. The packing list must include the applicable Purchase Order number or other Authority-provided order reference, quantity shipped, quantity back ordered, item description, price, and total cost.

The firms who submit a Bid to this Solicitation must meet the minimum qualification requirements as specified in Section 11, Respondent Questionnaire, Minimum Qualifications on the Authority’s e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov Procurement.

**Term of Award:** December 3, 2026 through December 2, 2029

Awarded Respondent(s) will be paid based on Authority-approved pricing as specified in the Purchase Order.

Insurance: Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than **$1,000,000** per occurrence/**$1,000,000** aggregate. Worker's Compensation insurance as required by law and Employer's Liability in the amount of **$1,000,000** Each Accident/**$1,000,000** Disease - Policy Limit/**$1,000,000** Disease - Each Employee.
