Insurance (required)

• General liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
• Auto liability: $1,000,000 each accident; $5,000,000 if work is airside.
• Workers' compensation: statutory limits; Employers' Liability $1,000,000 per employee and policy limit.
• Professional liability, if required: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

An insurance certificate on an approved form is **required** and must be submitted before any goods are delivered or any work may begin.

Payment terms

The Port Authority's payment terms are net 45 calendar days following receipt of an acceptable invoice or as otherwise provided by applicable Florida Statutes.
