Water Based Fire System Repairs

Electronic Proposals for Water Based Fire System Repairs, as defined on page 24 Detailed Specifications for Awarded Contractor (Scope of Work), will be received at the School Board of Lee County (hereinafter the District), Procurement Services Department, Euna Procurement Platform.

The District desires to secure firm prices for standard hourly rates and overtime hourly rates for water based fire system parts and repairs necessary for the District that include, but are not limited to: the repair, renovation, modification, and/or replacement of fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, fire pumps, backflow devices, fire hoses, and all associated components, equipment, piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances.

The District desires to secure firm prices for standard hourly rates and overtime hourly rates for water based fire system parts and repairs necessary for the District that include, but are not limited to: the repair, renovation, modification, and/or replacement of fire sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, fire pumps, backflow devices, fire hoses, and all associated components, equipment, piping, valves, controls, and appurtenances.

**Submission method:** One proposal must be electronically submitted in the School District of Lee County’s Euna Procurement Platform no later than **2:00 PM, EST on December 2, 2026**, to be considered. All interested parties must register with Euna Procurement to view and download documents.

The Euna Procurement electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award.

The "Proposer Information Sheet", page 2 of the ITN, must be completed, signed, and returned with each proposal.

Proposals will be evaluated, scored and ranked based on the written responses to the proposal grading criteria specified herein. Based on the rankings, one or more firms may be selected to commence negotiations.

Any and all questions regarding this ITN, whether technical, procedural or otherwise, must be submitted in writing to the attention of the Procurement Agent designated herein, ten (10) business days prior to the ITN due date.

It is understood that the normal proposal processing time shall be 120 days after the opening date of this ITN.
