• COORDINATE DEMOLITION & PHASING WITH USING AGENCY. EVERY EFFORT SHALL BE MADE TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTION OF USING AGENCY'S OPERATIONS & PROVIDE BUILDING USER'S SAFETY. EXCESSIVE NOISE OR VIBRATION MUST BE PRE-APPROVED & COORDINATED WITH USING AGENCY.
• MAINTAIN A SECURE & WEATHER-TIGHT ENCLOSURE.
• CONTRACTOR TO FIELD VERIFY EXISTING CONDITIONING. DIMENSIONS & ELEVATIONS SHOWN ON PLANS PRIOR TO THE START OF WORK. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPANCIES FOUND.
• PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR EXISTING BUILDING MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT FROM DAMAGE DUE TO DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION PERFORMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT.
• REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS DAMAGED AS RESULT OF DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION TO MATCH EXISTING FINISH AND/OR CONDITION.
• EXISTING MATERIALS SHALL NOT BE REUSED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. OR AS AUTHORIZED BY THE USING AGENCY.

**Submission method:** Bidders and Offerors are required to submit their response to the State's solicitation through BidBuy. Any information sent to the State outside of BidBuy, for example by US Mail, FedEx, UPS, e-mail, or hand delivery, will neither be accepted nor considered.

All questions, other than questions raised at the Pre-Submission Conference, pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Information Contact no later than 5 days before bid opening.

Vendor's Bid must remain firm for 180 days from opening.

**Security:** Bid Bond 10% / Performance Bond due after notice of award for the entire contract amount. If a bid bond is required, Bidder must submit the bid bond with the Bid. If a performance bond is required, Bidder must submit the performance bond to the solicitation contact within ten (10) days after contract execution.

The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon execution for a two-year term. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years.

The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the lowest price.
