Pool CO2 Tank Rental

CCPS is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide Pool CO2 Tank Rental delivery, replacement and refill services on an “as needed basis” to three CCPS high schools: North Point High School, Henry E. Lackey High School and St. Charles High School.

CCPS reserves the rights to make multiple awards, if it is determined by CCPS to be in its best interest.

The successful Vendor/Contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, transportation, permits, and materials required to maintain an uninterrupted supply of CO2 for pool water chemistry operations. Services shall be coordinated by the Aquatics Director or designee.

The successful Vendor/Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, insurance, contractor’s license(s), subcontractors, supervision, transportation, equipment, and other resources necessary to provide Work. All Work shall be directed by the Supervisor or their designee, as described in, but not limited to, the Specifications contained in *Attachment III*, “Specifications, Pricing, and Delivery.” All Work shall be provided on an “as needed basis”.

It is the intent of CCPS to make one award however, CCPS reserves the rights to make multiple awards, if it is determined by CCPS to be in its best interest.

**Submission method:** All Bids shall be sealed, mark on the outside of the package “ITB # PCTR-2627”, addressed to and received in the Purchasing Department on or before the Bid opening date and time, **December 10, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., Local Time**.

Bids submitted via facsimile or other electronic means, unless otherwise noted, shall not be accepted. Only sealed Bids submitted via US Postal Service, common carrier or in person shall be accepted. All Bidders must submit one (1) complete **SIGNED ORIGINAL** and one (1) Universal Serial Bus (USB) jump drive, flash drive, or thumb drive containing an exact copy of the signed ORIGINAL.

Awards are generally based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.

Bid prices shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the ITB opening date and prior to issuance of the notice of award.

The initial Contract will be for a period of one (1) year. CCPS reserves the right to exercise the option to renew the Contract for an additional four (4) years, one year at a time.
