Snow Removal Services

CCPS is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to provide snow removal and ice management services, including labor, equipment, materials and related services on an "on-call, as needed basis" for CCPS schools and facilities, as described in *Attachment III- Specifications, Pricing and Delivery*.

CCPS reserves the rights to make multiple awards, if it is determined by CCPS to be in its best interest.

The district is currently serving 27,904 students who attended 39 schools and seven (7) educational centers.

The successful Vendor/Contractor shall furnish, through its workforce, all necessary and appropriate supervision, subcontractors, coordination, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, required contractor's license(s), insurance and other resources necessary to provide Work. All Work shall be directed by the Technology Network Manager (Supervisor) or designee, as described in, but not limited to, the Specifications contained in Attachment III, "Specifications, Pricing, and Delivery." All Work shall be provided on an "as needed basis".

It is the intent of CCPS to make one award however, CCPS reserves the right to make multiple awards, if it is determined by CCPS to be in its best interest.

Vendors/Contractors shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction while meeting project specifications and requirements.

Submission method

All Bids shall be sealed, mark on the outside of the package "ITB # SRS-2627", addressed to and received in the Purchasing Department on or before the Bid opening date and time, **December 2, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., Local Time**. Only sealed Bids submitted via US Postal Service, common carrier or in person shall be accepted. Bids submitted via facsimile or other electronic means, unless otherwise noted, shall not be accepted.

All Bidders must submit one (1) complete **SIGNED ORIGINAL** and one (1) Universal Serial Bus (USB) jump drive, flash drive, or thumb drive containing an exact copy of the signed ORIGINAL.

Scoring

Awards are generally based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.

Contract term and insurance

The initial Contract will be for a period of one (1) year. CCPS reserves the right to exercise the option to renew the Contract for an additional four (4) years, one year at a time. Insurance certificate required: **YES**.

Bid prices shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the ITB opening date and prior to issuance of the notice of award. Prices shall remain fixed and firm for one (1) year from the initial start date of the Contract.
