Scope of Work: Renovation of the 6th and 7th floor shell spaces for the fit-out of Student Life spaces; Cellar and rooftop cooling plant upgrades

Renovation of the 6th and 7th floor shell spaces for the fit-out of Student Life spaces; Cellar and rooftop cooling plant upgrades

Brief description of Infrastructure work & rigging of Mech equipment to MER in basement and Roof CT:

• Design team assumes crane will be required for rigging rooftop elements and HVAC units for the fit-out.
• Cellar rigging through the areaway between the three Baruch buildings on the block.

Design: DD (60%) issued 9/18; Bid drawings scheduled for 11/20 issuance.

Current estimated construction costs: **$16.5M - $20M**

Estimated timeline: Assume straight construction timeline: 10 months (contingent on actual sequencing and lead times)

Project Labor Agreement

The successful low bidder as a condition of being awarded this Contract, must execute the PLA included in the Contract Documents following the *Form of Bid*. The Work undertaken in connection with this Project will be governed by, and subject to the conditions set forth in the PLA. All Subcontractors of every tier, will be required to execute a Letter of Assent, included in the enclosed PLA, agreeing to be bound by the PLA. The PLA has been approved by the Building and Construction Trades Department, AFL-CIO.
