RFB-2906 NETWORK HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE BY MANUFACTURER SUPPLEMENTAL

Sealed bids are sought and requested by the COUNTY OF CHEMUNG IN COLLABORATION WITH ROCKLAND AND ULSTER COUNTIES (EMPIRE PROCURE CONNECT) for the purchase of the following:

RFB-2906 NETWORK HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE BY MANUFACTURER SUPPLEMENTAL

The purpose of this bid is to establish a price structure for goods and/or services, enabling Chemung County, in collaboration with Rockland County, Ulster County and other Authorized Contract Users (as defined in Section 1.13), to place orders for immediate and future needs. This contract will provide flexibility for purchases throughout the contract year to meet the varying demands of all participaing entities.

**Submission:** Sealed or electronic bids will be received in the Chemung County-City of Elmira Purchasing Department, Third Floor, Room 309, 150 Lake Street, Elmira, New York until **1:45 P.M.** on **December 10, 2026**. The bid(s) will be publicly opened, read aloud, and broadcast via Teams at **2:00 P.M.** on the date due on the Third Floor, Room 308.

Bids may be submitted electronically via the Empire State Bid System website at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or delivered in hard copy (in duplicate) to the Chemung County Purchasing Department, at the above address. Please refer to page 12 of the bid document, *Bid Electronic Submission Procedures*, for further instructions on electroncially submitting your bid.

No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening.

If submitting Electronic bids, hard copy bids are not required to be submitted. Hard copy bids delivered to the Purchasing Department must be in duplicate (one original and one exact copy).

Any bid received in the Purchasing Office or electronically after 1:45 on the due date will not be considered.

The County of Chemung reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.

Bid documents may be obtained on or after November 5, 2026 on line at www.empirestatebidsystem.com. Vendors must first register for either the free service or the paid service at that site. Only those proposers who obtain bidding documents from the Empire State Purchasing Group are guaranteed to receive addendum information, if such information is issued.
