Meymandi Concert Hall Stage Lighting Fixtures

The City of Raleigh is soliciting bids for stage lighting fixtures, lighting-control equipment, networking equipment, cables, adapters, and related components for Meymandi Concert Hall.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking sealed bids for Meymandi Concert Hall Stage Lighting Fixtures.

The City currently utilizes ETC Source Four fixtures and an existing theatrical lighting and control system. Equipment furnished under this solicitation shall be compatible with the City's existing equipment and systems as specified herein.

All equipment offered shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements stated in this Section. The Bidder shall clearly identify the manufacturer, model number, and/or part number of each item proposed. Product literature, manufacturer specification sheets, or other manufacturer documentation shall be submitted with the bid when necessary to demonstrate compliance with the requirements.

Provide a warranty listing for each item identified in the pricing schedule, including the manufacturer, warranty period, and applicable warranty terms and conditions.

All equipment shall include all cables, connectors, adapters, accessories, and components necessary for the equipment to operate as intended, unless otherwise specified.

All equipment shall be new, unused, and free from defects.

Provide delivery within three (3) weeks of receipt of purchase order.

**Submission method:** SUBMIT SEALED BIDS ON THE BID FORM PROVIDED HEREIN. Provide (2) complete sets of your bid on the BID FORM PROVIDED HEREIN in hard copy paper format on 8-1/2” x 11” size paper, only bound with a single staple in the upper left corner or with a single removable clip—no 3-ring binders, and must be SEALED in an envelope. Additionally, an electronic version of the bid MUST be provided on a USB to include items, unit price and extended price. NO EMAIL OR FAX BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

A public bid opening will be held at 222 W. Hargett Street, room 503, Raleigh, NC 27601, on November 18, 2026, at 2:15 p.m.

The City reserves the right to award to one bidder or multiple bidders, as determined to be in the best interest of the City. Award(s) may be made by Group to the responsible bidder(s) who submit the lowest responsive total extended price for each Group. The award shall be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract.

This is a one-time purchase. The contract shall be effective upon execution and shall remain in effect until all goods have been delivered, accepted by the City, and all associated obligations have been fulfilled.

Payment terms of Net 30 days from the date of receipt of invoice, or upon acceptance of goods whichever is later, will apply to all invoices.
