Pine Grove Circle Renovation Project

The construction project involves the partial renovation of an approximately 40,000 SF building area including the development of new office space, warehouse space, and exterior improvements. The renovation work will require improvements within the following disciplines: architectural, civil, plumbing, structural, mechanical, fire suppression, and electrical improvements.

Sealed proposals will be received for the construction of the Pine Grove Circle Facility Renovation.

The construction project involves the partial renovation of an approximately 40,000 SF building area including the development of new office space, warehouse space, and exterior improvements. The renovation work will require improvements within the following disciplines: architectural, civil, plumbing, structural, mechanical, fire suppression, and electrical improvements.

Single-prime, lump sum bids will be taken for construction as indicated in the bidding documents. The project is located at 3901 Pine Grove Circle, Charlotte N.C. 28206.

**Sealed proposals** will be received until **2:00pm, on November 20th, 2026**, in the Hoffman Conference Room on the 4th floor of the Russell S. Rozzelle Office Building located at 2145 Suttle Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28208, at which time and place bids will be opened and read aloud.

Proposals must be made on standard forms furnished by the County.

Contractors can obtain the Bid Documents digitally at no cost from the County’s Authorized Design Consultant: Labella Associates, 400 S. Tryon Street Suite 1300, Charlotte, NC, 28285.

Mecklenburg County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities, as it may deem to be in its best interest.
