The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Proposals from qualified Proposers interested in the provision of a Master Contract for Architectural Consultant Services for updating, reviewing and refining the Beaverton School Districts Elementary School Educational Specifications.
The Beaverton School District is requesting proposals for education planning, facilitation, research, stakeholder engagement, and other consulting services necessary to update the District’s Elementary School Education Specifications. The District anticipates issuing a task order for the Elementary School Education Specifications project immediately upon execution of any Master Contract awarded under this solicitation.
The Architectural Consultant shall provide professional planning, facilitation, and document development services to review, update, and refine the District's existing Education Specifications. This effort is intended to be a focused update of the current document rather than a comprehensive redevelopment.
Services shall include, at a minimum, the following:
The Architectural Consultant shall conduct bi-weekly project coordination meetings, not to exceed one (1) hour per meeting, throughout the duration of the project.
Provide editable and PDF versions of the final document. Prepare an executive summary identifying key updates, recommendations, and significant changes from the existing Education Specifications.
The selected Architectural Consultant shall complete the Education Specifications update within ten (10) months of Notice to Proceed.
Interested Proposers must submit a Proposal pursuant to the provisions of this Solicitation to Oregon Buys oregonbuys.gov NOT LATER THAN **November 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time**.
