The Texas A&M University System (A&M System) is seeking bids for the purchase of CNC wire EDM machine as specified in this Invitation to Bid for the STEM Education Center project at Texas A&M-RELLIS located in Bryan, Texas.

**Subcontracting Plan:** A Subcontracting Plan (SP) is **required** for this bid. Failure to submit an SP will constitute an irregular response and may result in disqualification.
**Payment Terms:** The A&M System's terms are generally Net 30 upon delivery of all items and receipt of a correct invoice.
**Shipping Terms:** The A&M System requests shipping terms to be quoted F.O.B. Destination.
