The District will pay the selected contractor according to the services provided by the contractor. The District may increase or decrease the amount of services requested.
The Contractor shall provide tools and equipment in sufficient quantity, capacity, and type to perform the work.
Contractor shall submit bi-weekly invoices to the District using the District's web-based project management information system (Trimble Unity Construct). Each invoice shall include a completed Billing Summary Form (Exhibit A of the Scope of Services attached hereto).
