26-0133-2 Purchase of Three (3) Zero Turn Mowers

Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide Chatham County Parks & Recreation with three (3) new Ferris Mid-Mount Zero Turn model ISX 3300. Bids offering equivalent equipment may be submitted.

This is an invitation to submit a bid to supply Chatham County with construction, equipment, supplies and/or services as indicated herein.

Vendors proposing equivalent equipment must provide product literature that includes pictures and manufacturer specifications, demonstrating that the proposed equipment meets or exceeds the specified requirements. The manufacturer's name and model number must be clearly identified on the pricing sheet. All equipment must be new, unused, and free of defects. Bids submitted by brokers or resellers will not be considered.

All integral parts, components, and accessories necessary to provide a complete, fully functional unit, whether or not specifically identified in these specifications, must be furnished. Each mower must be fully assembled, properly adjusted, and equipped with all required components and accessories, and must be ready for continuous operation upon delivery.

Bidders shall provide their delivery time frame upon submission. Award may be contingent upon delivery time frame.

Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the Chatham County Purchasing Portal at https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required.

Bids not submitted by the time and date specified will not be opened or considered.

Bid prices will be firm for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days from bid opening date, unless otherwise stated in the bid.

The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to that responsible bidder whose bid/proposal will be most advantageous to Chatham County, price and other factors considered.

Minimum insurance limits: Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate; Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability $500,000; Business Automobile Liability $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident.

Term of contract: One-time Purchase.
