26-0137-7 PURCHASE OF CISCO NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT

Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of Cisco network infrastructure, wireless networking, data center networking, network accessories, and collaboration equipment. No substitutions will be allowed.

This is an invitation to submit a bid to supply Chatham County with construction, equipment, supplies and/or services as indicated herein. Sealed bids will be received online as instructed on the Chatham County Purchasing Portal at https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal.

Bidders shall provide the exact Cisco products, manufacturer part numbers, licenses, subscriptions, accessories, and support services identified in this ITB. Equivalent, alternate, refurbished, or substitute products will not be accepted. Failure to provide the specified products and services may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

Bids will only be accepted from Cisco Partners that are listed on the ¿Find a Cisco Partner¿ website at the following address: https://locatr.cloudapps.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/openBasicSearch.do.

Bidders shall provide pricing for all items listed in Section 4.2. All equipment, licenses, accessories, and support services shall be compatible with the specified Cisco products and shall meet the requirements identified in this ITB.

**Submission method:** Sealed bids will be received **online** on the Chatham County Purchasing Portal at https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. BIDS NOT SUBMITTED BY THE TIME AND DATE SPECIFIED WILL NOT BE OPENED OR CONSIDERED.

If a bidder is unable to submit their bid on-line, they should notify the procurement contact for the solicitation at least one week prior to the closing date of the bid solicitations to receive instructions.

The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to that responsible bidder whose bid/proposal will be most advantageous to Chatham County, price and other factors considered.

Bidder warrants that bid prices, terms and conditions quoted in his bid will be firm for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days from bid opening date, unless otherwise stated in the bid.

Minimum limits of insurance: Commercial General Liability **$1,000,000** bodily injury and property damage per occurrence and annual aggregate; Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability **$500,000**; Business Automobile Liability **$1,000,000** combined single limit per accident.

TERMS OF CONTRACT: One-time Purchase.

Goals established for this project are 30% combined MBE/WBE unless otherwise specified.
