DOT-HAR-S-27-01 Vehicles and Equipment to Commercial Harbors

The receiving of bids for FURNISHING AND DELIVERING VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT TO COMMERCIAL HARBORS ON THE ISLANDS OF KAUAI, MAUI AND OAHU, PROJECT NO. DOT-HAR-S-27-01, will begin as of the HiePRO Release Date.

The scope of work consists of supplying and delivering specialized vehicles and equipment to commercial harbors on the islands of Kauai, Maui, and Oahu.

• One (1) Mechanical Street Sweeper (Oahu)
• One (1) Vacuum Street Sweeper (Oahu)
• Three (3) Electric Trucks (Kauai and Oahu)
• Two (2) Utility Trucks (Maui)
• Two (2) Stake Trucks (Maui and Oahu)

**Submission method:** Bidders shall register and submit complete bids through HiePRO only. Bidders shall submit and upload the complete proposal to HiePRO prior to the offer due date and time. Proposals received after said due date and time shall not be considered.

Any additional support documents explicitly designated as confidential and/or proprietary shall be uploaded as a separate file to HiePRO. Bidders shall not include confidential and/or proprietary documents as part of their proposal. The record of each bidder and their respective proposal shall be open to public inspection. FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE PROPOSAL TO HiePRO SHALL BE GROUNDS FOR REJECTION.

The awarding of the contract(s) will be made by individual vehicle/equipment listed in the proposal schedule and be given to the lowest responsible bidder(s) for each vehicle/equipment whose proposal complies with all the requirements prescribed. If vehicle/equipment fuel type selection is indicated on the proposal, award shall be prioritized by fuel type, then by price in the following priority:

1. Electric
2. Plug-in Hybrid Electric
3. Alternative (Alt.) Fuel
4. Hybrid Electric
5. Diesel/Gas
