Delivery of all equipment shall be made within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) consecutive calendar days from the date designated in the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall contact the Technical Representative to coordinate delivery for the equipment being furnished under this contract. All equipment shall be delivered to Hale Pohaku, 44-374 Maunakea Access Road (Mile Marker 6), Maunakea State Park, Hawaii 96720.
The Contractor shall provide the University with operating and maintenance manuals of the equipment furnished under this contract.
All bid responses must be submitted electronically through HIePRO no later than **2:30 p.m., November 25, 2026**. Bids received after the due date and time or received in a form other than electronically through HIePRO will not be considered.
Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that their electronic submission through HIePRO is complete and all necessary files (**Mandatory Bid Form**) are attached to their bid prior to the IFB due date and time.
The award of contract, if awarded, shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on EACH ITEM.
With their bids, bidders shall submit, in duplicate, manufacturer's literature or brochures with technical data and illustrations of the equipment being offered.
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or its authorized reseller of the brand of equipment offered by the bidder. The bidder shall provide to the University documentation from the manufacturer that the bidder is an authorized reseller.
