Golf Course Tractor FY27

The City of Lebanon, Missouri (“The City”) invites bids from qualified organizations for the purchase of one (1) new tractor for the Golf Course as specified herein for the City of Lebanon.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) invites bids from qualified organizations to provide one (1) new tractor for the Golf Course. This bid will include Preparation and Delivery.

• The bidder shall provide one (1) new tractor for the Golf Course to the City of Lebanon in accordance with the specifications stated herein.
• The bidder shall provide all deliverables to the sole satisfaction of the City of Lebanon.
• The bidder may bid on all or any part of the bid.
• Unless otherwise specified herein, the bidder shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the deliverables required herein.

All bids must comply with the attached specifications, and any other provisions outlined in the solicitation documents. Any deviation from these specifications must be indicated for review, or bid may be considered non-responsive.

One (1) new tractor that meets or exceeds the requested specifications. All items appearing in Manufacturers published literature and specifications as standard are assumed to be included in bidder’s bid.

Minimum specifications

• Engine Horsepower: Minimum 50 hp gross engine power.
• Fuel Type: Diesel, Tier 4 Final compliant.
• Drive Type: 4-wheel drive (4WD / 4x4) with mechanical engagement.
• Transmission: Mechanical gear-driven (e.g., SyncShuttle, Collar Shift, or FST). Hydrostatic (HST) transmissions will not be accepted.
• Speeds: Minimum 8 forward and 8 reverse speeds.
• Brakes: Wet disc brakes.
• PTO: Live or independent PTO, minimum 40 hp at the PTO shaft.
• Rear Hitch: Category 1 or Category 2 three-point hitch with position control.
• Hydraulic Pump: Minimum 12 GPM total flow (implement and steering combined).
• Rear Remotes: Minimum one (1) set of rear hydraulic valves installed.
• Front-End Loader: Factory-installed or fully compatible quick-attach front-end loader with joystick controller, minimum 66-inch heavy-duty skid-steer style quick-attach bucket, minimum 1,800 lbs lift capacity to full height at pivot pins, minimum 3,000 lbs breakout force.
• Station: ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structure) with canopy OR enclosed cab.
• Tires: R3 turf tires.
• Base Warranty: Minimum 2-year or 2,000-hour bumper-to-bumper warranty.
• Powertrain Warranty: Minimum 5-year or 3,000-hour powertrain warranty.
• Service: Bidder must have an authorized service and parts facility located within 30 miles of Lebanon Mo.

Bidder shall deliver to City of Lebanon locations to be determined after the bid award.

Bids will be accepted until **2:00 PM Tuesday, November 24, 2026**. Bids will be accepted electronically through our e-bidding service provider, Ion Wave Technologies at https://lebanonmissouri.ionwave.net/Login.aspx.

Vendors must complete registration at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening date.

Bids shall be made only on forms provided therefore, properly signed and with all items filled out. No bid received after the time fixed for receipt will be considered.

Selection of the successful proposer will be determined by a combination of complete documentation as required in this bid submission, equipment best value, and total cost.

Bidder agrees that this bid shall remain valid and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.

The City of Lebanon will exercise their tax exempt status and require that the Bid Amount NOT include sales tax on materials.
