If the Forklift Contractor does not offer Charging Stations, the Offeror must team with electric-vehicle (EV) Charging Station manufacturers, their authorized dealers, or franchisers.
The Forklift Contractor will act as the prime contractor, responsible for ensuring the purchase of Charging Stations that meet the specified requirements and are compatible with the Forklifts.
