The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a list of pre-qualified firms for use over two (2) years with experience, knowledge, capabilities, and capacity to deliver both planned and unplanned projects within schedule, estimated costs, and specifications.

The selected firm will develop and provide a scope of work for the City to review after participating in necessary site visits and client meetings. Upon agreement of the scope of work, the selected firm will submit a proposal to include design, preparation of necessary construction documents, construction administration services and project closeout. Generally, projects will follow the phases of schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration.
