Compton ES Renovation

This project consists of interior flooring replacement and window blind replacement; restroom renovation; and front office renovation, including the addition of a vestibule. Replacement of the existing car rider canopy with a new canopy; interior and exterior painting; and roof replacement of Building #2013.

Sealed bids are requested by the Cobb County School District (CCSD) from General Contractors (current Georgia General Contractor’s License, no other license is acceptable) for the construction of:

Bids will be received through the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal at https://cobbk12.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. **Due Date/Time: 2:00 PM, ET, December 3, 2026**. Bids submitted in any manner other than through the CCSD Euna Procurement Portal will not be accepted.

To be eligible to respond to this bid, Contractors must pre-qualify as outlined in CCSD Board Administrative Rule FGC-R. The deadline for submitting pre-qualification requirements for this project is **2:00 PM ET on November 13, 2026**. Contractors must provide proof of previous job experience within 30% of the cost or scope of this project.

Bid responses must be accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Cobb County School District, in the amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond [...] in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price [...].

No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening except within 48 hours if an appreciable error can be shown.
