The County of Ontario (the “County”), will receive sealed bids for Invitation for Bids ("IFB")# B27017 REBID Purchase & Placement of Asphalt Paving Materials - HWY.

This Invitation for Bid is the County seeking an offer for Purchase & Placement of Asphalt Paving Materials - HWY, further detailed in the Bid Specifications. An “Award” if made, will be to the lowest responsive/responsible vendor(s) in part or in whole who meet(s) all the terms of the Bid Specifications.

Project Type: Purchase & Placement of Asphalt Paving Materials - HWY. Location: Various County Highways.

The bid form lists the following groups of items:

• Asphalt Pavement
• Asphalt Pavement with Fibers
• Cold Patch Material
• Optional Asphalt Pavement Joint Adhesive
• Optional Polymer PG Binder
• Optional Fibers
• Optional Asphalt Millings Credit
• Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt, Optional Equipment & Labor
• Mobilization
• Hauling Asphalt Materials, Additional Per Ton for Trucking Asphalt Materials - All Items

The County guarantees no minimum or maximum purchase(s) as a result of award of this bid.

Submission

Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO **3:00 pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2026** at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read via Webex meeting.

Electronic responses will not be accepted for this project. Any response submitted electronically will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.

Sealed Bid Responses shall indicate on the outside of their sealed envelope the following information: REBID Purchase & Placement of Asphalt Paving Materials - HWY and Bid #B27017; Date and Time of Bid Opening; Company Name.

Award and Term

An “Award” if made, will be to the lowest responsive/responsible vendor(s) in part or in whole who meet(s) all the terms of the Bid Specifications.

This Agreement, if awarded, shall be for a term beginning, 01/01/2027 and ending, 12/31/2027. The County reserves the right to renew all or any part of this Agreement, for up to two (2) twelve (12) month periods.
