IFB 12240219-KWT Hard Drive for Archiver Servers

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing for and procure Hard Drives for Archivers with varying terabytes capacity of 12, 18, 24, and 32. These hard drives shall be high-capacity, cost-effective storage devices optimized for long-term, infrequent data retrieval and cold storage for the Enterprise Services Division of the NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT). Goods and Services will be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB.

Manufacturer's name and model/catalog numbers used are for the purpose of identification and to establish quality level desired. Such references are not intended to be restrictive and comparable products of other manufacturers will be considered. However, Vendors are cautioned that any deviation from specifications must be pointed out in its offer.

Successful Vendor will complete the scope of work within **10 consecutive calendar days** after receipt of purchase order to the following location(s): IT Distribution Center, 1529 S Blount St, Raleigh, NC 27603

Vendor warrants that all equipment furnished under this IFB will be new, of good material and workmanship. The warranty will be for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from date equipment is put into operation.

Submit one (1) signed, original electronic offer via the Ariba Sourcing Module. The Vendor must include the signed Execution Page 1 WITH the remaining pages of the solicitation in one PDF. Failure to return a signed offer shall result in disqualification.

It is the general intent to award this contract to one (1) Vendor. As provided by statute, award will be based on Best Value Analysis, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Method in accordance with N.C.G.S. §143B-1350(h).

Offer valid for sixty (60) days from date of offer opening unless otherwise stated.

The term shall be one (1) year and will expire upon the anniversary date of the effective date unless otherwise stated in the Notice of Award, or unless terminated earlier. The State retains the option to extend this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at its sole discretion.
