This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items to be eligible for award as a whole.

Sellers should quote on all items specified in PHLContracts for this SOP unless otherwise indicated. Unless otherwise indicated, Sellers may offer alternate products equal in quality and performance but must provide a complete description of each alternate which shall be submitted as an attachment to the Quote. [...] All products must be delivered, at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.

**Submission method:** Quotes must be electronically submitted to PHLContracts by a seller with legal authority to bind the seller's Company. No quote will be considered without a **required** signed *Consent and Authorization Agreement* on file.

All terms and prices quoted shall be valid for **60 days** from the Submission Date. The total amount of the Quote shall be less than **$94,000**, increased every City fiscal year by the percentage increase in the CPI-U from January 1, 2020, to the most recently published CPI-U, and rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars ($1,000).

The term of the Contract shall be for one year commencing on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and may be renewed for up to three one-year periods.

General Liability insurance: **$500,000** per occurrence. Automobile Liability: **$300,000** per occurrence. Workers' Compensation: statutory limits.
