The City of Leander, herein after “City”, is seeking an agreement with qualified Individuals, Firms, or Corporations, herein after “Respondents”, to provide Professional Services for the City of Leander. Respondent Requirements
Phase one and phase two
This Solicitation is intended to satisfy phase one of procurement laws for acquiring professional services. Phase one of the procurement process is identifying the most qualified Respondent(s), and phase two is formal negotiation with the most qualified Respondent to establish a Task Order per each specific project’s needs.
Submission
Signed and electronically submitted responses are due no later than **December 1, 2026, at 2:00PM CT**. The Respondent shall submit qualification via the City’s online portal at https://leandertx.bonfirehub.com. Facsimile or emailed transmitted responses will not be accepted. Responses shall not exceed thirty-five (35) pages in length (excluding title page, index/table of contents, City required attachments, addendums, proof of licensure and/or requested work samples.
Evaluation
The Committee will review each response to determine the most highly qualified Respondents in each category based on demonstrated competence and qualifications using the following weighted criteria.

Term
