ONLINE ELECTRONIC BIDS for the project(s) listed below will be received by the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) at https://www.bidx.com/maryland/main until **12 Noon Eastern time** on the date specified below for the Bid Opening, at which time they will be opened.

All bids must be submitted (electronically) at the Bid Express website above in proper form. **No paper bids will be accepted for this Contract.**

In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than **$100,000.00**. However, bids **$100,000.00** and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least **5 percent (5%)** of the total amount bid, unless otherwise stated in the IFB. Also, the successful bidder will be required to supply Payment and Performance Bonds for all Contracts in excess of $100,000.00, unless otherwise stated in the IFB.

The MDOT SHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
