Armored Car Services Follow Solicitation

The City of Lubbock is requesting proposals for Armored Car Services.

The City of Lubbock is seeking armored car services, including all terms and charges for the receipt of sealed or locked shipments containing currency, coins, checks, securities, and other valuables. Also, the transport and delivery of same in like condition to the consignee designated by the City at specified locations. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease frequencies of pick-ups

**Submission:** Offerors may submit proposals electronically by uploading required documents at the City of Lubbock’s partner’s website, Bonfire. If choosing hard copy, submit one original paper copy to the office of the Director of Purchasing and Contract Management. Sealed proposals and electronic submittals submitted through the Bonfire portal, shall be received until **12/03/2026 prior to 3:00 P.M.** The City will not accept fax proposals.

**Contract term:** The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year, with the option of four (4), one year extensions, said date of term beginning upon formal approval.

• Demonstrated System Reliability – 25 Points
• Cost – 25 Points
• References – 20 Points

Insurance:

• Commercial General Liability: **$1,000,000** per Occurrence / **$2,000,000** Aggregate
• Automobile Liability: **$1,000,000** Combined Single Limit
• Workers’ Compensation: **$500,000** per Occurrence; Employer’s Liability **$1,000,000** per Occurrence
